The Trustees of the Rhode Island Carpenters Benefit Funds made the decision to put the health insurance program out to bid last year. In these trying economics times, it's critically important to our members that we offer the best possible insurance program at a price that's affordable and it is also important that there is no disruption in health care coverage.

After an extensive review of the competitors which included plans, pricing, and ability to administer the program efficiently with minimal disruptons, the Trustees selected Tufts Health Plan as the new health insurance company. The new plan will be effective March 1, 2012.

Please be advised that the Pension and Annuity personal benefit information is currently showing all contributions.  Annuity balances, total Pension credits, and accrued Pension benefits will be available soon.  If you have questions regarding your personal Pension or Annuity benefits, please contact the fund office.

 

Your local, in conjunction with the benefits office, has launched this new Web site, allowing members to securely view contributions and other benefit related information anytime of day or night, any day of the week!

 

Once you have received your username and password, please log into the site, and take a moment to change the system generated password provided to you in the welcome letter you received about this new Web site.

After you log in please click on your account information link in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Once there you have the option of changing a variety of account information for this Website.
